About Jaymes
The ideas come from building.
Jaymes Regualos is the founder of PDC. For more than twenty years, he has designed and developed schools, entrepreneurship programs, sports systems, community initiatives and international development projects.
His books cross very different subjects, but return to the same idea: what we build people and systems on shapes what they produce. Make the foundation visible, then choose it intentionally.
He writes from inside the work—not from outside it.The through-line
What we build on shapes what we become.
The domains change. The work does not: expose the foundation, understand what it produces and make it intentional.
