Define the real problem
We study the question, context and surrounding system—not only the most visible symptom.
Program design, development & implementation
PDC helps founders and organizations design the program, build the operating structure, align the people and partners, and create the conditions needed to turn it on.

When the idea is bigger than the plan
Organizations rarely begin with nothing. They have people, relationships, facilities, knowledge, credibility and ambition.
What is often missing is the structure that lets those assets work together. PDC turns the idea into a program people can understand, operate and support—then helps build the conditions needed to launch it.
Don't announce change.Give people something real to do.A school, team, venture or shared event can become the setting in which people build new habits, relationships and capability. The activity is visible. The change is built into how it works.
How PDC works
We do not arrive with a package. We build the right answer for the people, place and conditions.
We study the question, context and surrounding system—not only the most visible symptom.
We shape a real program, venture, environment or event through which the work can happen.
We connect roles, decisions, resources, partnerships and measures so the idea can function.
We align legitimate value for participants so individual involvement makes the whole stronger.
We identify what must be true, help turn the program on and build ownership beyond PDC.
Selected work
PDC has designed and developed programs across education, entrepreneurship, sport and community development.
Some PDC programs became active or expanded internationally. Others remained complete designs because the organization did not yet have the funding, authority or permission to turn them on. Earlier program architectures include Project Prax, MusiFX, AFX and homecoming, Danube Sports Academy, workforce ventures and community development programs.
Ways to work together
PDC can join at any point: shaping the program, building how it will operate, or working alongside your team through activation.
Turn an important question, need or opportunity into a program that makes sense in its real context.
Build the operating structure that allows the program to function, attract support and grow responsibly.
Work alongside your people to turn the program on, solve what reality reveals and establish local ownership.
Programs & licensing
Some organizations need a program designed from the ground up. Others can begin with a system PDC has already developed, then adapt it to their own people, goals and conditions.
A school-wide framework for making skills development the purpose of education—not another layer added to the curriculum.

Program architectures developed across education, enterprise and community—including MusiFX, Express and Project Prax.
A nonpartisan platform designed to help people understand where political power lives—and participate where decisions are actually made.
Created by PDC. Developed as an independent venture.Visit Vote Or Shut UpOur non-negotiables
We accept work only when the conditions allow genuine capacity, responsible power and sustainable progress.
A solution that worked somewhere else is evidence—not permission to ignore this place.
Progress must offer a real reason to engage and a credible path toward greater control.
We will not strengthen systems that give unchecked power to people likely to abuse it.
Good development grows local capacity and makes the original intervention less necessary over time.
Before we build
PDC can build from very little. But activation requires some combination of authority, committed ownership, resources and permission to act. We identify those conditions early—so a strong design is not mistaken for a ready launch.
If the conditions do not exist yet, that does not end the work. It defines the first phase.Start with the question
